Print Books
All books are printed "on demand" through our printers based in the USA and UK.
You will receive an email once your books have been printed and are on their way to you.
It can take up to 2-4 business days for the printing of your book(s) to take place, and all books should be delivered to you in 5-10 business days (excluding bank holidays) after printing.
Ebooks/Audiobooks
Upon receipt of your order, our digital delivery provider, Book Funnel, will send you an e-mail with instructions to access your digital products.
To access your digital products immediately (i.e., without checking your email), visit this Book Funnel page from the same device you used to complete the order.
If you can’t find the email with your book download in your inbox, here are some tips:

Check your spam/junk box. Sometimes overzealous spam filters get in the way and deliver the email there instead of your inbox.
To make sure you never miss an email, add dan@dansofer.com to your contacts list. Click here for detailed instructions. - If the email address you used at checkout is different from the email address you normally use, the book may be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.
