Refund policy

Refund requests for digital goods such as e-books and audiobooks must be made within 30 days after purchase. However, once the purchaser has downloaded the digital product no refund can be given.

Physical books and merchandise are manufactured on-demand especially to fulfill your order. Once production has started the order cannot be canceled.

Please choose carefully. Refund requests for duplicated physical products must be made within 48 hours after purchase. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of the first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

For refunds of damaged items and all other refunds, please email dan@dansofer.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return. If the item is damaged, we'll refund or resend your goods according to your wishes.
